QParents is a free, secure online portal and app provided by the Queensland Department of Education that gives parents, carers and families convenient 24/7 access to important school information about their child. Through QParents you can:
View and update student and contact details (including address and medical information).
Report absences or notify us of future absences.
View report cards, assessment planners and attendance records.
Access and respond to digital consent requests (e.g. excursions and media permissions).
View and pay school invoices and check payment history.
Stay up to date with upcoming events and school communications.
You can access QParents on your smartphone, tablet or computer. To get started, you will receive an invitation code from the school — please follow the instructions in that email or letter to register your QParents account.
